RETURNS
We are so sorry you didn’t love your item. We would be happy to fix the problem for you. Send us an email at themomclubandco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of what was wrong with your item, pictures always help.
RETURN COST
We know you already took care of getting your item to you so we will gladly cover the cost of your return. Once you email us requesting a return, we will provide a return label for you. All you have to do is pack up your item, add your label, and drop it off at your local Post Office.
30 DAYS TO RETURN
As much as we would love to make all your problems go away as soon as possible, we have a 30-day return policy. Your item is eligible for return 30 days after your order is placed. We hope nothing goes wrong, but just in case, we provide plenty of time for “uh-ohs” to be fixed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept all returns. However, exchanges are a little tricky. Once you request a return and we receive the item, you will be refunded. You can then go ahead and place a new order. This policy ensures that you receive exactly what you want while keeping our business protected.
